The important TERREAL group, leader in the production of bricks continues with its process of the product quality investing on decoration, in fact after a first and important supply of the system “Dry Pixel”,the group bought in last months 5 new equipments with the “Dry Pixel” system.

The new machines ( employed until today for the decoration in the ceramic field) will be installed in several brick sites in order to realize new graphics, completely innovative, on bricks.

The Dry Pixel line is the result of the continuous research made by the company gambarelli impianti in the dry decoration field; the system is employed for the decoration of flat and structured surfaces with dry glaze. Its main feature is to apply glazes in every point of the surface with quantity and colours electronically defined, following a graphic program, without the use of mechanical parts as screens, belts, rollers, etc.

It is possible to execute centred decorations, all the same, or programmed random decorations, different decorations on units quickly passing on the line. The image can be modified in every moment on the PC through the Photoshop program. They can quickly be modified: the graphic, the colours and the quantity of glaze deposited for each colour; this is possible thanks to a totally computerized handling system. Also the dimension of the unit is recorded, in this way the size change does not require the replacement or the adjustment of mechanical parts. The machine, in its standard version, is supplied to control from 2 to 8 colours, the matching of 8 colours allows a chromatic composition of 256 tones.
