The machine has been designed to execute, in press, the decoration of tiles with dry glaze. Following the graphic program inserted, it can apply the glaze in every point of the tile achieving a range of graphics and chromatic effects perfectly equal or completely unlike on different tiles.
Process and transport and decoration system in double pressing. Through the three phases of production, we can have exclusive tiles of high quality. After the supporting clay compression, thanks to the machines “dry pixel” and “rolling-stones”, we can create base images with atomized coloured glazes at high definition with veined or shaded. With a special transport belt it is conveyed in to the second press.
The Decor Press machine has been designed to execute the tiles decoration, in press, with dry glaze. The tile formation is relied to the Dry Pixel system that, in a digital way determines the images, the sizes, the colours and the quantity. The transfer of the 6 colours (basic machine), to the mould on the surface layer is made in a defined and precise way through a belt on which it was previously formed the image.
Machine particularly versatile with continuous cycle where in a few space it can be executed many operations on the soft material before pressing. In fact it can execute total body stratified loading with little veins for the production of technical stoneware ceramic tiles such as marble, frit, etc.
