The vertical driers EVR series of the gambarelli impianti are the ideal result of a continuous research developed in last twenty years. They are machines able to give to the tiles exiting the press the optimal temperature value, residual humidity and strength. They can dry many types of ceramic tiles such as single-firing, monoporosa, vitrified ceramic stoneware (gres porcellanato) in all dimensions and sizes.

They are machines duly designed for small sizes and dimensions, particularly suitable to dry the material after the cutting, polishing and squaring phases. In this kind of driers, the technology and automation are combined by an easy construction with reduced consumption and management costs. They are available different types with different useful loading width, considering the size of the product.
The tunnel driers of the gambarelli impianti, assembled on any type of roller box storage machine, are machines designed for the drying of the glazed tiles. Thanks to the perfect drying cycle achieved inside the channel we can have a material with a residual humidity lower than 5% allowing a lower permanence of the tile inside the firing kiln. Considering the huge range of tunnel driers, the gambarelli impianti is able do design and build the suitable machine following the customer requirements.
