Brunelleschi 1774 preferred gambarelli impianti as partner for the realization of the new complete equipment for the production of extruted cotto tiles. The new equipment has been realized using the up-to-date and flexible automation, foreseeing a production of 330.000 sqm/year in sizes between 15x15 and 50x50.

The equipment is composed by dry grinding, wetting and storage of raw materials, sizing, storage of  green material with LGV, drying, firing, fired storage with LGV, wetting and drying of the product, sorting line and packaging.

For gambarelli impianti the production line works 1 shift for 6 days in the extruded line and glazing line, 3 shifts for 7 days in firing, 1 shift for 6 days in the sorting line.

The Brunelleschi 1774 equipment is for gambarelli impianti the result of long research and study of a new technology that, using some typical machines of the tiles technology, gave as a result the possibility to produce extruded cotto tiles thin, vitrified and glazed.
